Market Activity Summary for June

Single Family - $391,497

In June, single family home prices on average were stable with a slight increase, up 0.5% from May. In June 2009, the average price was $370,317.

Condo - $242,644

Condominium prices are slightly less in June, down 2.4% from May

Residential - $335,397

The average residential price in June increased slightly from May.

Based on residential sales in the Edmonton and Area MLS system compared to the previous month.
