Market Activity Summary for November

Single Family - $362,657

Single family homes are down only 0.5% from October.

Condo - $229,603

The average price for Condos was down around $6,000 from October.  This is about 3% lower than the average price of condos in November of 2009.

Residential - $319,479

The residential sale price (which includes all types of residential property) was up 1/3% from last month.
Based on residential sales in the Edmonton and Area MLS system compared to the previous month.
