I was found as a stray in the City of Edmonton and was first brought to the City of Edmonton's Animal Control Services Facility (city pound), then transferred over to the EHS shelter. That was at the beginning of June. I've been waiting at the EHS shelter ever since for someone to bring me into their family. Volunteer Comment: Pepper is a little bundle of fun.
