Put yourself in the rider’s seat this spring with NAIT’s hands-on Motorcycle Rider Safety Training courses. From absolute beginner to riders looking to upgrade their skills, we offer courses that will challenge and enhance your riding skills and prepare you for the open road. No need to have your own bike. NAIT provides you with several brands and styles to learn on.
GETTING STARTED The Motorcycle Rider Safety Training Basic course is the best place to start. We adapt our classes to your skill level and expectations. This course includes 16 hours on a motorcycle (and includes pretesting for the Class 6 License Evaluations). Training provides you with priority access to on-road testing.
LEARN FROM THE EXPERTS
Expert certified instructors will guide you through motorcycle basics:
• balance and control
• hand and electric signals
• acceleration and deceleration - both in straight lines and in curves
• straight line braking, braking in curves, emergency maneuvers in curves and straight lines
Our instructors are here for your success; our focus is to help you learn in a patient and respectful environment.
