You can pick up your prize by visiting our reception desk anytime Monday to Friday, between 8:30am – 5:00pm. We’re closed weekends and holidays.

Any form of government issued photo identification (Driver's License, Birth Certificate, Passport).
No, sorry we can’t mail out your prize.
Someone else can pick up your prize as long as they have a photocopy of your ID, and a note from you stating that you permit them to pick up your prize. Please make arrangements with our receptionist before doing so, at 780-440-6300.
Prizes are available to be picked up for up to 30 days after the prize winning date. If you’re coming to pick up the prize and cannot make it the radio station in the 30 day time-frame - please notify the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 2 additional weeks.
Prizes cannot be exchanged. Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.
If an event (concert, movie premiere, etc.) is cancelled, 92.5 JOE FM is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner.
Movies - All seating for 92.5 JOE FM movie premieres is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to ensure your admission.
